I have been to 5 neurologists trying to treat my chronic migraine and all the issues that come from this disease. Dr. Bromley was the most knowledgeable, kind and empathetic Neurologist I have ever gone to. He gave me more information in one appointment than I have gotten in the last 5 years. But most of all he gave me hope. He took his time and explained everything to me and my husband and established a bond of trust with us. I feel very grateful and blessed to have him as my new Doctor. If anyone is struggling with chronic migraines and has very little quality of life please make an appointment with Dr. Bromley. It will change your life for the better. It did for me!!

Dr. Hightower fantastic, she’s more than a knowledgeable physician, I believe she has a special neurological gift. She’s a carrying physician who has demonstrated that at each one of my visits.

The staff and providers are all great! I've seen every provider and they are all caring and attentive to all your needs. Their IV suite makes getting treatment convenient and fast!

Love Dr Hightower. She is very compassionate and caring. But waiting 2 hours is not acceptable. Please try to shorten that wait time.

The visit with Dr. Bromley was very informative and pleasant. He always makes me feel comfortable and is easy to speak with. He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what I have to say. He takes the time to address all my questions and I never feel rushed. Great doctor!

Brandi is wonderful! She is knowledgeable and listens. My initial comprehensive evaluation was extremely thorough. Upon my second visit, she took time to explain and review my test results in terms that I could understand and put me at ease. So glad I came to your office!

Got an opportunity to meet the office manager. It was nice meeting Deb. Deb gave me her extension if I ever need to provide opportunities to improve feedback.
After all of these years of going to this office. I am still unclear as to what to do to leave. Maybe an opportunity to improve is to state clearly what I need to do when leaving meeting with Dr. Hightower.
Other than that.. this has been one of my better experiences with the office in a really long time.

Today’s visit went smoothly as Brandi was candid and went over all of my test results with me. She also answered any and all of the questions that I had.
