Firstly, I have been with Dr. Bromley’s Neurology practice for many years, bc I suffer from chronic migraines. I was an inpatient once wondering, “where in the world am I going to find a doctor who can actually HELP ME with these migraines?” In walked Dr. Bromley to talk to my roommate, but in overhearing their conversation, I KNEW he was THE ONE 1️⃣ for me! I have had a treatment plan by Dr. Bromley, MD, FAAN and some of the rest of his staff, including: Brandee Fonseca,MSN,APRN,FNP-BC, and most recently with Dr.Indrani Sen Hightower, MDB. ( I’ve had to switch doctors bc of Insurance issues, but I did not want to leave this practice!) EVERY DOCTOR AND CAREGIVER HERE IS AMAZING! They work together seamlessly. No egos are a thing :) BROMLEY NEUROLOGY literally changed my life! I know and completely trust the doctors and caregivers to deliver excellence every single time I am there.
I must also give FIRST RATE CREDIT where it must be recognized for the extremely hard, laborious work the office staff does regularly to support us patients! Sue has jumped hoops for me re: Botox insurance, billing, etc., Ashley is also terrific! Plus, LUCY at the front desk is as friendly as they come! Everyone there helps with a great attitude and smile on their face when you need to talk to them! There is even an Infusion Suite across the hall for anyone who needs an acute migraine treatment or something else that is scheduled.I’ve experienced this as an acute migraine sufferer, and I can tell you, the nurses in there are just as wonderful and compassionate. THANK YOU Dr.Bromley, Dr.Hightower, and Brandee Fonseca,NP! I will be in to see you again soon

Dr. Bromley went over all of my tests and my issues. I felt good about the exam and explanation of my medical problem. All and all, I had a positive feeling after leaving the office.

Appreciate that Dr Bromley listened to me, asked me questions and took my concerns seriously. He was easy to talk to. Also they provide you with a comprehensive document following your appt of what’s been discussed, potential diagnoses, tests being ordered, medications, etc. You don’t have to spend time taking notes. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and the office staff.

Great first visit. Doctor Bromley was the best neurologist I've been to. He took plenty of time with me and listened to every detail of my lengthy history of battling Transverse myelitis. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options to try that none of my previous neurologists did. I have finally found a neurologist i can trust in dealing with my TM going forward. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hightower has it all. She's professional, yet caring. And, she has a wonderful "beside manner". She is polite, personable and has great empathy, She keeps me well informed, makes great recommendations and doesn't miss any details. She told me to drink more water, because she noticed my BUN was high. Made sure I was still taking Vitamin C, zinc and a probiotic as directed, because my WBCs are chronically low. Ever since she put me on Copaxone (the only MS drug that doesn't weaken your immune system) and IVIG in the Fall of 2023, I only had 1 relapse since in March 2024. Last year I had 4-5 relapse between January and the Fall. Simple, but genius! She recommended I try the Cionic neural sleeve for my weak leg which I am pursuing. It appears to be something just what the doctor ordered! Lol. Also, prescribed NAC to help with cognition. Always asks if I need refills. I could go on and on. This practice is lucky to have her. What a nice person and great doctor!

My mother, brother and I visited Dr. Hightower's office due to my mother's waning memory. The exam was thorough and professional. Dr. Hightower explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions. She suggested things we can do and steps to take in the future. We were very impressed with all aspects of the appointment. Great doctor!
