I had a tele- med appointment today with Brandy. First, the office staff called to complete the check in process. Nathan was helpful and efficient. Next, Brandy called and she was polished and professional, as always, and we discussed my care at length. Brandy was able to offer solutions and suggestions which addressed my ever - changing medical situation. Overall, this was an excellent visit.

I really like the staff and the doctors. So far I am having decent results with the Botox injections for my muscle pain in my neck and shoulders.The Only thing I would like to change , is the wait time. I believe an hour and 20 minutes is a bit much. If they are running late I would love a phone call telling me so , so that I can check in and maybe get an errand or two done in between. Besides that is a great experience so far. This is my second visit to the office. I like the doctors forwardness with his explanations and I feel comfortable in the fact that he knows his occupation well! If he gets rid of this pain I’ll tattoo his name on my shoulder
