Dr Hightower is an amazing Doctor. Genuinely cares about her patients. Her staff is the same way. The one male nurse and a female nurse knew I was experiencing health issues and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This meant so much to me. I would highly recommend the Audubon office. Their kindness really gives me hope reassuring me that although I have health issues it’s going to be okay.

Dr Hightower explains everything about your condition. She does not rush your appointment. You can ask questions she answers everything. Very intelligent and caring.

I'm not happy with wait time to see Dr. Today and my first visit once I was checked in and my vitals were taken the wait time was over 1 hour each visit, if this continues I'd look elsewhere my time must be valued

Initially met with Brandee Fonscesco NP. She did a battery of small tests after which she she consulted with Dr Bromley. They both sat with me and explained what the possibilities could be and why they wanted the tests that they were going to order. I felt assured that I was in good hands and I highly recommend both Brandee and Dr Bromley

Basically got charged a copay just to hear that they haven't received test results. Got nothing accomplished from my last telehealth.

My personal experience with Dr. Hightower is that she is one of the most compassionate, caring, educated, and helpful physician’s I have ever had throughout my 6 decade lifetime. A Truly Gifted individual! I’m so happy I found her!

A perfectly wonderful medical experience from start to finish. Dr Bromley’s team/staff are welcoming, caring, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. And I trust Dr Bromley completely with any future care, testing, or decisions! He totally includes you in the equation—explaining everything, listening & welcoming your questions or input. I know now why my wonderful PCP (Dr James Kwak, recommended him so highly!

First comment I spoke to Seth who was very nice and polite and informative and then I spoke to doctor hightower and she could not have been nicer and knowledgeable I assume what I have been going through. I have already sent a few people to the MS/center /Bromleyinstitute. Mainly because of the politeness and knowledgeability of everyone in the office I come across. I despise going to the doctors what when I do come to the Bromley institute I am treated with courtesy and respect but most importantly knowledge. Thank you for the opportunity to let me say this
