First comment I spoke to Seth who was very nice and polite and informative and then I spoke to doctor hightower and she could not have been nicer and knowledgeable I assume what I have been going through. I have already sent a few people to the MS/center /Bromleyinstitute. Mainly because of the politeness and knowledgeability of everyone in the office I come across. I despise going to the doctors what when I do come to the Bromley institute I am treated with courtesy and respect but most importantly knowledge. Thank you for the opportunity to let me say this

Everyone was very professional, as well as made you feel comfortable. As with any Dr. visit it can be nerve racking,but sometimes when you have to go to a specialist , it can make you nervous. But , Dr. Preis was great, and my nerves were at ease. Thank you

Dr. Hightower was recommended by my primary doctor for a tremor in my right hand. I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Hightower is very knowledgeable, very down to earth and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend. She's a gem.

Dr. Hightower is the kindest and most empathetic doctor I ever had. I am so happy with the whole office and the way it operates. The infusion center is top notch and I am comfortable and at ease while I get my infusions. Thank you.

Dr Hightower is truly a Dr who is interested in the total person. She goes well beyond her neurological skill set and moves with a level of compassion about the patients personal struggles as well. This provides a healing approach quicker to the patient because she is looking at the total patient picture which most other doctors don't.

Best doctor! If all my physicians were as knowledgeable and tuned in like Dr Hightower I think I’d be more willing to get to an appt when I need to. She’s the best ever!

Love Dr. Preis, I would highly recommend him. Not happy with the wait time though.
