I have an underlying disability to the neck, where I get spasm on numerous occasions. I get injections to the neck and it really helps each and every time. Thank you Dr.

Everything was fine except for waiting for ONE HOUR and FOUR FIVE MINUTES this was my second visit my first visit I waited for ONE HOUR AND THIRTY FIVE MINUTES

As always, Brandee covered my issues from MS over the phone with me and discussed every complaint I had. I had to schedule last minute and she was pretty close to the time for the call. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone and went over a new prescription option for some debilitating headaches that I was having. She never rushes through my appointment. So I don't mind if she is a little late for mine because i know she is spending the time needed with another patient in order to help all her patients feel better and live their best lives.

I highly recommend Dr Hightower. I truly felt that she had listened to what I was saying and she explained everything very well. The entire appointment was a really good experience and every employee I had encountered was kind and helpful.

The staff and nurses are friendly and efficient. Dr. Hightower listens to you, is friendly, and answers your questions. She is not intimidating but she knows her field. I appreciate her attention and honesty.
