It is very important that a patient likes and trusts their Dr., I love Dr Preis as my neurologist. I respect his decisions with my care. I don’t wait to long on my appt. date to see him, he also has a humorous side, when you get to know him, you will see what I mean. I’d give him 10⭐️s if I could.

The staff is patient and very kind. Dr. Bromley is so caring, compassionate and spends the time he needs to help you understand treatment recommendations. I particularly like the summary printout. I was able to better explain to my family the doctors recommendations.

Dr. Bromley is an excellent physician. He lisenens to his patients concerns about their health. Privides the best care possible for each individual. Helps to prevent problems with health concerns, not just treat symptoms.

Very informative. Dr. Bromley is personable and easy to talk to. Long awaited for appointment but was worth waiting for. Although being a busy dr. Bromley spent 23minutes with me on phone. It was not rushed at all.

Dr. Hightower always makes time for me. She calls me back promptly if I have questions between visits and sounds time with me during visits (in person or telehealth). She makes it her business to "know" me and remembers details about my life and health needs from visit to visit. She listens to me and adjust my treatment accordingly! I feel Dr. Hightower is truly invested in my wellness and in me as a person. She is professional, approachable, and knowledgeable on neuri health & up-to-date treatments. I would highly recommend Dr. Hightower.

Having a Telehealth visit is not ideal, but Dr. Preis was a good listener. He seems to be intuitive to what the patient is experiencing. It will be nice when visits can be in person again. The wait time between check in and our visit was long. We were scheduled for 10:00, and weren't called until 11:30.

Have to wait one hour to see doctor every time. My appointment was cancelled 3 times due to an office meeting. Is there a reason why you can't schedule your meetings 3-4 months in advance so that I don't make my appointment on a meeting day? Every time you cancelled my appointment I had to wait another month!
